Our Human Resources Policy

In this direction, the Company protects the material and moral rights of its employees with a human-centered approach, identifies and meets their needs and aspirations, values personal and professional development, and supports career development.

Our company, which believes that corporate success can only be achieved with knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and motivated employees, aims to maximize employee satisfaction by constantly investing in its personnel.

For this purpose, at BPO, Human Resources practices are carried out as regulated in the Personnel Internal Regulations, defining, evaluating, and planning current and future roles, identifying and assigning positions, and ensuring equal opportunity and the chance for self-development for company members in these positions by creating a standard for unbiased and fair practices.
