About Us
Our company was founded on 05/01/1994 in Bursa with a 50% partnership between Turkey's leading company B-Plas A.Ş. and one of France's leading international companies, Plastic Omnium, and since its establishment, it has gained a significant place in the automotive industry.
BPO A.Ş. operates in a total area of 42,000 m2, including 25,500 m2 of covered area and 16,500 m2 of open space, across three different facilities, producing bumpers, mirror covers, fuel tanks, and various painted and unpainted parts used inside and outside of automobiles, contributing to the automotive industry.
BPO's main customer is Oyak-Renault. In the Panayır facility, where automotive metal and exterior plastic parts are produced, it continues to operate 24/7 in Injection and fully automated sections with 6-axis robots, with 10 machines ranging from 1,000 to 3,200 tons. With the new organization launched in 2003, we deliver our products just in time to the assembly lines at the Encyclage facility within Oyak Renault boundaries.
Additionally, since 1998, our Fuel Systems facility located in Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone has been producing Fuel Tanks and Components.
By the end of 2011, our company had shipped a total of 4,440,000 parts, including 740,000 bumpers and 342,000 fuel tanks, and with a team of 525 employees, we continue to contribute to the employment of our country.
